We are looking for someone who will be able to join our team as soon as possible in the position of Assistant to Property Portfolio Manager. AIV is a Sectional Title Management company who manages several schemes in Witbank, Gauteng and the North-West.
We are looking for a person who wants to grow within the company and who is serious about a career in Property. The candidate must be Financially orientated, have attention to detail and willing to go above and beyond. We would look at all applications, but we are preferably looking at male candidates as this person has to work after hours at times to attend Trustee meetings and site visits. The candidate need to have their owner transport and live in Witbank. We are looking for someone who has the drive to learn about Property or who already have experience in the field.
