Reception and Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it’s tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
- Sales of company products.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
