TRAINER WANTED
Hire All – An established Plant Hire company that supplies construction equipment to the industry – is looking for an experienced trainer to join their team.
Purpose of Trainer:
The primary purpose of the Trainer is to assess the skill levels of employees and identify areas where further corporate training is required. The Trainer will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Job Specification Requirements:
- Valid South African Licence, valid PDP
- Matric / Degree
- Fluent in English – ability to write, speak, and read proficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Technical knowledge (an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions
- Strong organizational skills
- Report writing and content creation skills
- Ability to manage classroom and virtual learning environments effectively
- Facilitation of classes using adult learning principles
- Ability to communicate business principles across various organizational levels
- Process-focused with an understanding of business systems and quality principles
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining a repository of course content
Experience:
- Experience in providing ongoing, new-hire, and ad-hoc training
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and approaches
- Previous experience in developing and delivering course content
- Solid understanding of business systems
- Proven ability to design content based on business processes and technology usage
- Experience in teaching adult business courses
- Proficiency in creating adult business courses
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Experience in document version control
